Items damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit please contact us on customerservice@ardkeen.com

Defective items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the item.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item please notify us as soon as possible by email customerservice@ardkeen.com 


We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

  • items we delivered to you in error;
  • items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect

You will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us in all other circumstance, (including if you exercise your right to withdraw your purchase in the Cooling-Off Period).

If we do not receive the original item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from the delivery address at your cost.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.


We are happy to provide a replacement or refund should you discover that there's something wrong with the product, such as a fault, damage or it's not as described.

Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights. Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For more information about these rights please contact Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. You can also refer to the Citizens Information website.

Once your parcel has been returned to us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of goods. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Following an inspection of your returned products, we will refund you by the same method the original payment was received, excluding original postage charge if relevant.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however, some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact customerservice@ardkeen.com
